摘要
本文是在已有文献资料和专家学者观点基础上构建体育师范生师德表现评价指标模型的。研究方法:首先,运用质性研究软件Nvivo12.0对资料数据进行三级编码,初步构建体育师范生师德表现评价指标结构关系;其次,通过专家调查,优化评价指标体系;再次,通过项目分析、信度分析和探索性因子分析,对评价指标进行再次优化;最后,以结构方程模型作为实证检验手段,确立拟合度较好的评价模型,并通过相关变量间的路径系数,分析评价模型中每个潜变量的变化;同时,采用因子分析法获得各指标因子的权重系数。研究结果:师范专业认证背景下体育师范生师德表现评价指标体系由2个维度以及12个观测指标构成,2个构面潜变量的变化都是多个因素协同作用的结果。
Based on the existing literature and the views of experts and scholars,the evaluation index model of the moral performance of students majoring in physical education was constructed.Firstly,the qualitative research software Nvivo 12.0 was used to encode the data at three levels to initially construct the structural relationship of the evaluation indicators of the moral performance of students majoring in physical education;secondly,the evaluation index system was optimized through expert survey;thirdly,the evaluation indicators were optimized again through project analysis,reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis;Finally,the structural equation model is used as an empirical test method,a well-fitting evaluation model is established,and the changes of each latent variable in the evaluation model are analyzed through the path coefficient between the relevant variables.At the same time,the factor analysis method is used to obtain the weight coefficients of each index factor.The results show that the evaluation index system of the moral performance of students majoring in physical education under the background of teachers’professional certification consists of 2 dimensions and 12 observation indicators,and the changes of latent variables in the two dimensions are the synergy of multiple factors.
