TRPC 1钙离子通道在骨骼肌收缩功能中的作用及磁诱导激活效应在训练中的应用探索方向

摘要 收缩功能作为骨骼肌重要功能之一,对人体日常活动及运动表现都起到关键作用,骨骼肌收缩离不开Ca^(2+)的参与。TRPC 1钙离子蛋白受体通道作为骨骼肌收缩过程重要的Ca^(2+)支持途径,通过CaN-NFAT和Akt-mTOR信号通路对骨骼肌纤维提供增生与重塑,并提升线粒体呼吸能力,促进系统代谢平衡,帮助肌肉在持续的反复收缩时保持其力量。与此同时,在骨骼肌受到张力刺激时,持续的Ca^(2+)内流可保持肌细胞内兴奋性,保证动作电位的有效传导与力持续的产生,提升了肌肉的抗疲劳能力。TRPC 1钙离子蛋白受体通道作为易受物理、化学外源性刺激的特性,可被脉冲磁场进行诱导激活,通过钙-线粒体轴达到运动激活TRPC 1受体通道促进骨骼肌功能提升的同等效果,对人体最大量和力量耐力带来提升。在运动训练领域,可把应用磁诱导TRPC 1的机制尝试解决同期训练矛盾、比赛期的大负荷训练规避问题、损伤期力量保持与康复等问题作为研究与应用探索方向,使该技术在促进提升竞技体育水平中发挥作用。 As one of the important functions of skeletal muscle,systolic function plays a key role in human daily activities and sports performance.Skeletal muscle contraction cannot be achieved without Ca^(2+)participation.TRPC 1 Ca^(2+)receptor channel is an important Ca^(2+)supporting pathway during skeletal muscle contraction.It provides proliferation and remodeling of skeletal muscle fibers through the CaN-NFAT and Akt-mTOR signaling pathways,promotes mitochondrial respiration,promotes systemic metabolic balance,and helps muscles maintain their strength during continuous and repeated contraction.At the same time,when skeletal muscle is stimulated by tension,continuous Ca^(2+)influx can maintain intracellular excitability,ensure effective conduction of action potential and continuous generation of force,and improve the anti-fatigue ability of muscle.TRPC 1 calcium protein receptor channel,which is susceptible to physical and chemical exogenous stimulation,can be induced and activated by pulsed magnetic field.Through the calcium-mitochondrial axis,the TRPC 1 receptor channel can achieve the same effect of activating the skeletal muscle function,and bring about the improvement of the maximum volume and strength endurance of the human body.In the field of sports training,the mechanism of magnetically induced TRPC 1 can be used to try to solve problems such as training contradiction at the same time,avoidance of heavy load training during competition,strength maintenance and rehabilitation during injury period,as research and application exploration directions,so that the technology can promote the improvement of competitive sports level.
