摘要
对泵站进行流量调节,促进水资源合理利用,对我国绿色可持续发展具有重要意义。为保障泵站的节能高效运行,通过理论模型与实际工程相结合的方式,对不同流量调节措施泵站的节能效果进行对比研究。结果表明,流量调节主要与泵机阀门的大小、泵机电机转速以及并联泵机的数量有关,并且均呈正比关系。在扬程-流量特征曲线模型中,与控制泵机的阀门大小进行流量调节相比,控制泵机电机的转速、实现泵机转速自动变频进行流量调节是泵站节能最有效的措施。流量调节后的泵站在相同流量情况下,泵站的管道压力、泵机电流、电源频率等功耗明显降低,节能效果显著。研究结果可为泵站的技术改造和流量调节措施提供相应的理论依据。
Adjusting the flow of pumping stations to promote the rational use of water resources is of great significance to our country's green and sustainable development.In order to ensure the energy-saving and high-efficiency operation of the pumping station,this paper conducts a comparative study on the energy-saving effect of the pumping station with different flow adjustment measures by combining the theoretical model with the actual project.The results show that the flow regulation is mainly related to the size of the pump valve,the speed of the pump motor and the number of parallel pumps,and they are all proportional.In the head-flow characteristic curve model,compared with controlling the valve size of the pump to adjust the flow,controlling the speed of the pump motor and realizing the automatic frequency conversion of the pump speed to adjust the flow is the most effective measure to save energy in the pump station.Under the condition of the same flow rate of the pump station after flow adjustment,the power consumption of the pump station,such as the pipeline pressure,pump current,power frequency,is obviously reduced,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.The research results can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the technical transformation and flow regulation measures of the pumping station.
