夏季水工混凝土表面粗糙化后抗压强度曲线试验分析

摘要 针对夏季水工混凝土表面粗糙化后的抗压强度曲线进行试验分析。结果表明,利用拉脱法对水工混凝土强度进行检测时,在选取不同的测强曲线过程中,幂函数回归方程相关系数与1更接近,能将拉脱强度值、水工混凝土抗压强度间关系准确反映出来。随着龄期的增加,水工混凝土试块强度值整体呈现助剂增长的趋势;在龄期相同时,C80的强度均要高于C15、C30、C50的强度;在80~120MPa区间内,水工混凝土实测强度的总体试验数据规律性具有一定代表性。水工混凝土抗压强度幂函数回归拟合曲线坐标系中散点基本在直线y=x的两侧分布,两边散点偏离直线距离基本平衡。 Based on the hydraulic concrete in summer,the compressive strength curve after surface roughness is tested and analyzed.The results show that the correlation coefficient of power function regression equation is closer to 1,which can accurately reflect the relationship between the tensile strength and the compressive strength of hydraulic concrete.With the increase of age,the strength value of hydraulic concrete test block shows an increasing trend of additives as a whole,at the same age,the strength of C80 is higher than that of C15,C30 and C50;in the range of 80~120MPa,the overall test data regularity of the measured strength of hydraulic concrete is representative.In the hydraulic concrete compressive strength power function regression fitting curve coordinate system,the scattered points are basically distributed on both sides of the straight line y=x,and the deviation distance of scattered points on both sides from the straight line is basically balanced.
