摘要
水泥裹砂石混凝土是20世纪70年代日本创造发展起来的一项喷射混凝土技术(简称SEC混凝土),在环保、节能及建筑物安全等全球关注焦点的今天,结合国内水电工程开发,首次在青藏高原开展了水泥裹砂石碾压混凝土性能研究。通过对水泥裹砂石(造壳)碾压混凝土最佳水胶比、最佳搅拌时间、最佳骨料脱水含水率、混凝土各项性能稳定性及施工工艺等进行了研究,形成一整套节能、环保、经济、优质的混凝土生产技术,对雅鲁藏布江中下游水电站建设具有借鉴意义。
SEC concrete is a shotcrete technology created and developed in Japan in the 1970s.Considering that the environmental protection,energy conservation and structure safety have become the global focus,a specific study on the performance and production method of the SEC roller compacted concrete is carried out for the first time in Qinghai-Xizang Plateau area.Several parameters of the SEC roller compacted concrete are studied,including the optimal water binder ratio,the optimal mixing time,the optimal dehydration moisture content of aggregate,the stability of concrete properties.Also,the production method is explored.A complete set of energy saving,environmental protection,economic and high quality concrete production technology is then developed,which provides useful reference for the hydropower development in the middle and lower reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River.
