摘要
随着西藏水电建设脚步的加快,在西藏高海拔、大温差的环境下,提高施工效率,保证施工质量尤为重要。以水轮发电机组系统中座环水平打磨为典型,摒弃原用手工打磨方式,采用机加工打磨座环水平,总结出一套完整的在大温差下打磨座环时可采用的相关技术和工艺,提出打磨座环水平的最佳方案,并经实践证明能够提高座环安装质量,为在高海拔、大温差的环境下水轮发电机组座环水平的打磨提供了有效措施。
With the acceleration of hydropower construction in Xizang,it is particularly important to improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality in the specific environment of high altitude and large temperature difference.The horizontal grinding of the stay ring in hydro-turbine generator unit is studied as a typical example.A complete set of grinding techniques and processes of the stay ring under large temperature difference condition is summarized and the optimal horizontal grinding scheme is proposed,in which the traditional manual grinding method is discarded and the machine grinding technique is adopted.Practice shows that the proposed techniques can effectively improve the installation quality of the stay ring.It provides an effective measure for horizontal grinding of the stay ring in environment of high altitude and large temperature difference.
