加强国企纪检监察干部队伍建设的几点思考

On the Strengthening of Construction of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadres in State-owned Enterprises

为将全面从严治党向纵深推进,针对当前纪检监察干部队伍建设中存在的队伍力量不足、思想不够稳定、制度设计不够科学等问题,采用观察法、文献法、定性分析法等,对企业加强纪检监察干部队伍建设通过理论学习、制度培训、重点业务熟悉、完善制度等措施,强化纪检监察干部队伍的建设,监督企业依法合规经营管理,营造风清气正政治生态,助推企业的高质量发展。

In order to promote the full and strict governance over the Party comprehensively and in-depth in state-owned enterprises,the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres should be strengthened.The problems existing in the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres currently,including insufficient team force,lack of stable ideology,and unscientific system design,are analyzed with observation,literature review,and qualitative analysis methods.Improvement measures are proposed correspondingly,including theoretical study,system training,familiarity with key work,and system improvement.In this way,the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres can be strengthened to supervise the operation and management of the enterprises in accordance with the law,create a clean and healthy political environment,and promote the high-quality development of the enterprises.
