高海拔大温差下转子组装关键技术探讨

摘要 西藏DG水电站为坝后式厂房,装设4台单机容量165 MW水轮发电机组,其转子全圆周共设计52个磁极,直径达11212 mm,组装完成后总重量约525 t。转子组装中控制其圆度变形量技术难度较高。通过提前分析转子在大温差下可能产生变形的重要施工环节,对施工流程优化调整,合理有效利用现场资源,严格进行施工全过程的温度监测与控制,严格把控各施工环节,组装后各项数据均优于厂家技术要求。 In Xizang DG Hydropower Station,four hydro-turbine generator units with the unit capacity of 165 MW are installed in the powerhouse behind the dam.A total of 52 magnetic poles are designed for the full circumference of the rotor,with the diameter of 11212 mm and the total weight of about 525 ton after assembly.It is of great difficulty to control the roundness deformation of the rotor during its assembly.By analyzing in advance the important construction links that may cause deformation of the rotor under large temperature difference,the assembly process is optimized and adjusted,in which the on-site resources are used rationally and effectively,and the construction links are controlled strictly with rigorous monitoring and controlling of the temperature throughout the whole process.The unit parameters after assembly are all better than the technical requirements of the manufacturer.
