摘要
文中以新型半圆形大梁岸边集装箱起重机小车架金属结构为研究对象,依据F.E.M《欧洲起重机械设计规范》、GB/T3811—2008《起重机设计规范》以及小车运行机构实际工作工况进行载荷组合,运用Ansys有限元软件APDL语言对其进行建模分析,得到2种不同截面方案的小车架从力学性能等方面进行综合比较计算的结果,分析结果为同类型小车架的结构建模分析和设计优化提供了一定的理论依据。
Taking the metal structure of the small frame of the quayside container crane with new semi-circular girder as the research object, according to F.E.M Rules for the Design of Hoisting Appliances, GB/T 3811-2008 Design Rules for Cranes and the combined load of the actual working conditions of the trolley running mechanism, the Ansys finite element software APDL language was used in modelling, and the mechanical properties of two small frames with different cross-sections were compared, which provides a theoretical basis for modeling, analysis and design optimization of similar small frames.
