民办高校在推行完全学分制改革时,既面临大多数高校所面临的困境,同时也面临民办自身特殊的困境,主要体现在师资、课程资源上。民办高校通过建立合作共享机制,汇聚利用优质教师资源。充分利用课程资源平台,完善课程的“建用学管”机制。不断加强信息化建设,强化在地国际化办学,推动完全学分制改革向纵深发展,推进民办高校高质量快速发展。

When implementing the complete credit system,private colleges and universities are faced with common problems met by most colleges and universities,and their own special difficulties which are mainly reflected in teachers and curriculum resources.Private colleges and universities gather and utilize high-quality teacher resources by establishing a cooperation and sharing mechanism,and improve the"constructing—using—learning—managing"mechanism of the curriculum by making full use of the curriculum resource platform.Through reinforcing information construction and strengthening internationalization at home education,private colleges and universities can achieve the in-depth development of the complete credit system,and thus promote the high-quality and rapid development.
