摘要
高校学生档案主要记录和反映了学生的个人教育经历、不同教学阶段的学习成绩及综合素质评价、平时的在校表现等,还包括拓展训练及实习经历等,是对学生德才素养评价的综合汇总资料。由于高校学生档案数量极为庞杂,建立高校学生档案管理“分室”成为必然选择。在此以高校学生档案“分室”管理模式为主要研究对象,对这一机制建立的相关问题进行深入探索。
College student files mainly record and reflect students’ personal educational experience, learning results at different teaching stages, comprehensive quality evaluation, performance at school, outward bound training and internship experience, which is a comprehensive summary of students’ morality, competency and performance. Because the number of college student archives is enormous, it is necessary to establish the "division" of college student archives management. This paper takes the "division" management mode of college student files as the main research object, and makes an in-depth exploration on related problems.
