放療在局限期小細胞肺癌綜合治療中的地位已得到肯定,但放射治療加入時機、放療劑量、分割方式、照射靶區及老年患者的治療等一系列問題仍有待進一步探討。該文主要對以上内容進行綜述。

Radiotherapy is a chief therapy for limited-stage small-cell lung cancer,but many details should be considered during radiotherapy,such as the starting time of RT,dosage of RT,fractioned modality of RT,irradiated target of RT and therapy of the senile patient,and so on.The review will summarize the recent clinical development.
