摘要 在基础教育实践中造就教育家是我国基础教育由外延式发展向内涵式发展和实现教育家办学的现实需要。从基础教育实践中教育家的成长来看,自主创新的行动研究是其基本方式,志在育人的理想情操是其内在动力,突显创新的评价方式是其方向引导,建构实践的发展平台是其提升通道,容纳教改的外部环境是其前提条件。为此,在基础教育实践中造就教育家一方面需要激发教师积极进取,另一方面需要为教师提供上述条件。 To train educators in the practice is the realistic need of Chinese basic education which is developing from extension to connotation as well as to be run by expert educators.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the growth mechanism of well-known educators in educational practice.From the perspective of some notable educators'growth experience,it has been found that the action research of self-innovation is its basic way,the ideal of education is its internal motivation,the evaluation method of highlighting innovation is its direction guidance,the development platform for practical inquiry is its promotion channel,and the external environment to accept educational reform is its prerequisite.For the purpose of bringing up educators in the practice of basic education,it is important to inspire teachers to be enterprising and provide the conditions above for teachers.
