摘要
针对中职教育校企协同育人中短期教育政绩观和长期协同育人之间的矛盾,基于校方教育管理变革的切入点,从学校与企业不完全信息动态博弈的研究视角,建立KMRW声誉模型,提出学校在有效开展校企协同育人中的相关建议。
In view of the contradiction between the short-term educational achievement and long-term school-enterprise collaborative education,and based on the entry point of the reform of school education management,this paper establishes the KMRW reputation model from the perspective of the research of incomplete information dynamic game between schools and enterprises,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the school in the effective development of school-enterprise collaborative education.
