黄河流域高质量发展视阈下的河南文化资源产业转化研究

Research on the Transformation of Cultural Resources Industry in Henan from the Perspective of High-quality Development in the Yellow River Basin

黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略为河南依托黄河文化、中原文化发展文化产业提供了重要机遇。河南文化资源富集,但文化资源的产业转化水平较低,存在文化产业带动能力不足、结构不够合理、市场主体缺乏、区域发展不平衡、体制机制短板突出等问题。推动文化资源产业转化,应突出目标导向、问题导向,重点在强化黄河战略引领、补齐要素短板、发挥比较优势、挖掘产业价值、塑造文化品牌等方面着力,提升文化基础服务支撑,增强文化品牌影响力,培育文化产业市场,推动文化产业协同合作,推进文旅深度融合。

The ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River basin provides an im⁃portant opportunity for Henan to develop cultural industries relying on the culture of the Yellow River and the Central Plains.Henan is rich in cultural resources,but the level of industrial transformation of cultural resources is relatively low,and there are problems such as insufficient driving ability of cultural industry,unreasonable structure,lack of market entities,unbalanced regional development,and prominent shortcomings in systems and mechanisms.To pro⁃mote the transformation of cultural resources industry,we should highlight goal orientation and problem orientation,and focus on strengthening the strategic guidance of the Yellow River,making up for the shortcomings of elements,giving play to comparative advantages,tapping industrial value,and shaping cultural brands.We should improve the support of cultural basic services,enhance the influence of cultural brands,cultivate the cultural industry market,promote the collaborative cooperation of cultural industries,and promote the deep integration of cultural tourism.
