摘要
“以人为本”是党和国家各项工作开展的重要宗旨,在退役军人安置工作中更为凸显。“以人为本”的工作理念贯彻到退役军人安置工作中,最重要的是要尊重退役军人的主体地位,维护他们的主体权益,在顶层设计和落地实施上双向发力。文章主要立足于法律法规、就业创业、社会保障、精神抚慰四个方面,针对当前退役军人工作存在的问题,在借鉴其他国家工作管理经验的基础上,相应地提出了解决对策,这样既有助于推动退役军人保障体系化建设,又能鼓舞军心,推动新时代中国特色社会主义军事强国的建设。
“People-oriented”is an important purpose of the Party and the country’s work,and it is even more prominent in the placement of retired soldiers.The work concept of“people-oriented”is implemented in the place⁃ment of retired soldiers.The most important thing is to respect the dominant position of retired military personnel,safeguard their main rights and interests,and exert two-way efforts in top-level design and implementation.This ar⁃ticle is mainly based on four aspects:laws and regulations,employment and entrepreneurship,social security,and spiritual comfort.In view of the current problems in the work of retired military personnel,on the basis of learning from the work management experience of other countries,corresponding solutions are put forward,which will not on⁃ly help promote the construction of the systematization of security for retired soldiers,but also encourage the military and promote the construction of a socialist military power with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
