摘要
基于“空中丝绸之路”建设的人才需求、毕业生的工作能力需求以及郑州航空工业管理学院英语专业在校生学习需求,文章以新文科建设理念为指导,提出了“英语+航空物流”复合型外语人才的培养路径,旨在通过英语与学校优势学科(航空经济、航空物流)的充分融合,构建校本特色的跨学科英语人才课程体系,以专业优化带动课程提质和人才培养模式创新,促进英语专业的内涵式发展、学生的多元化成长以及高质量就业。
Based on the analysis of the talent needs for Air Silk Road construction,capability needs of English major graduates as well as the learning needs of English majors at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics,this paper initiates the program of nurturing“English+aviation logistics”interdisciplinary talents.Through the integration of English with the advantageous disciplines(aviation economy and aviation logistics)at ZUA,this“English+aviation logis⁃tics”talent cultivation mode tries to optimize the traditional English major,improve curriculum quality and innovates talent model,which will boost the connotative development of English majors and the diversified growth as well as high-quality employment of English major students.
