“五位一体”的高校学生管理联动机制研究

Study on the“Five-in-One”Pattern of College Students Management Linkage Mechanism

新时期,高校学生管理工作除了日常的思想政治教育外,还有奖助学金评定、心理健全的培养、创新创业的引导、职业生涯规划和就业指导等。单独依靠辅导员的传统模式已经不能满足新时期的学生工作要求,文章旨在探索“五位一体”,即辅导员、学业导师、就业导师、宿舍导师、班主任五位老师专兼结合,点面联动的学生管理工作模式,以便更好助力大学生成长成才。

In the new era,in addition to daily ideological and political education,the management of college students also includes scholarship and financial aid evaluation,psychological sound training,innovation and entre⁃preneurship guidance,career planning and employment guidance.Traditional model that counselors take charge of all things does not measure up to the requirements of modern students managements.This paper aims to explore the“five-in-one”pattern,that is,the combination of five teachers,counselor,academic tutor,employment tutor,dormitory tutor,and class teacher,and the student management work mode of point-to-face linkage,so as to better help uni⁃versities grow into talents.
