摘要
针对我国轨道交通车辆种类繁多、模块通用性和技术通用性较差等问题,结合轨道交通装备制造业向大规模定制方式转变的趋势,提出了轨道交通车辆模块化产品平台的技术架构,并对基于BOM(物料清单)的产品模块化元结构树生成技术、产品平台模块类型动态识别技术、基于实例信息的模块统型设计技术及产品族主结构树构建技术等关键技术进行论述。开发了轨道交通车辆模块化产品平台的信息管理系统及定制设计系统,通过A型地铁车辆转向架的定制设计案例验证了该产品平台的技术可行性和系统可用性。
In view of a wide variety of rail transit vehicles,the relatively low compatibility of modules and technologies in China,considering the trend of rail transit equipment manufacturing industry switching to mass customization,the technical architecture of a modular product platform for rail transit vehicle is proposed.Key technologies are discussed,such as the generation technology of BOM-based(bill of material)product modular unit structure tree,product platform module type dynamic identification technology,case information-based module format design technology,and product family main structure tree construction technology.The information management system and customized design system of modular product platform for rail transit vehicle are developed.The technical feasibility and system availability of the product platform are verified by the customized design of a type A metro vehicle bogie.
