大流态轨枕混凝土中钢纤维腐蚀行为研究

摘要 本文研究钢纤维在含大掺量矿物掺合料且内掺氯化钠的大流态轨枕混凝土中的腐蚀行为。以C60普通轨枕混凝土为对照试样,借助离子色谱仪分析大流态轨枕混凝土氯离子固化行为,借助电化学技术研究大流态轨枕混凝土中钢纤维的临界氯离子浓度(Ccrit值)。结果表明:与C60混凝土相比,大流态轨枕混凝土氯离子固化能力较强、Ccrit值较高,说明钢纤维在大流态轨枕混凝土中具有较高的腐蚀抗性,表明大流态轨枕混凝土在海工环境中具有更大的应用潜力。 The corrosion behavior of steel fiber in the high fluidity sleeper concrete containing large amount of mineral admixture and sodium chloride was studied in this paper. With C60 ordinary sleeper concrete as the control sample, the chloride binding behavior of high fluidity sleeper concrete was analyzed by ion chromatography. The critical chloride ion concentration(Ccritvalue) of steel fiber in high fluidity sleeper concrete was studied by electrochemical technology. The results show that the chloride binding capacity and Ccritvalue of high fluidity sleeper concrete are higher compared with C60 concrete. The above results reveal that the steel fiber in the high fluidity sleeper concrete has stronger corrosion resistance, and prove that the high fluidity sleeper concrete has greater application potential in the marine environment.
