新型斜交梁节点受力性能试验研究

摘要 荷载作用下斜交主次梁节点会出现明显应力集中现象,而且斜交次梁其箍筋斜置将会增加施工难度。本文提出一种新型斜交梁节点,以期改进斜交梁节点的受力性能。依托温州地铁S1线灵昆车辆段上盖物业开发项目,设计4个足尺斜交梁节点模型,通过改变部分试件次梁箍筋排列方式、在节点锐角部位加腋及配筋,并进行单调加载室内试验。结果表明,按本文方法设计的新型节点,在费用稍许增加条件下,不但可以提高节点所能承受的极限荷载,而且可大幅提高节点位移延性。本文研究成果可为改进斜交梁节点受力性能及施工质量提供参考。 Under the action of the load, there will be obvious stress concentration at the girder to skew beam joint, and the construction difficulty will be increased because of the inclined stirrups in skew beam. In order to improve the mechanical performance of this kind of joint, a new kind of girder to skew beam joint is proposed. Based on the upper structure property development project of the Lingkun depot of Wenzhou Rail Transit Line S1, 4 full-scale girder to skew beam joint models were designed, and the monotonic loading indoor tests were conducted by changing the arrangement of the inclined stirrups in some specimens, adding axils and reinforcement at acute angles of the joints. The test results show that the new designed joints according to the method proposed in this paper can not only increase the maximum load on joint, but also greatly improve the displacement ductility of joint under the condition of a slight increase in costs. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the improvement of mechanical behavior and construction quality of this kind of joint.
