摘要 预应力混凝土结构在铁路站房结构中大量应用,跨度大、承载力高的承轨层、高架层等诸多梁构件常采用预应力混凝土结构。混凝土梁预应力不同张拉顺序会对结构内力产生一定影响。本文以重庆西站站房预应力结构为工程背景,通过有限元软件考虑混凝土徐变、收缩等因素影响,基于预应力框架结构模型进行不同工况下预应力张拉顺序研究,综合对比分析支座反力、节点位移、板及梁内力结果,提出最优施工(顺序)方案。分析结果可为相关预应力混凝土结构设计和施工提供指导。 Prestressed concrete structures are widely used in railway station buildings,and they are often used in many beam members such as the rail supporting layer and elevated layer with large span and high bearing capacity.The different working conditions of the prestressed tensioning sequence of the concrete beam have a certain impact on the internal force of the structure.This paper takes the prestressed structure of Chongqing West Railway Station as the engineering background,considers the influence of concrete creep and shrinkage through the finite element software,analyzes the different working conditions of the prestressed tensioning sequence based on the model of the prestressed frame structure,comprehensively compares and analyzes the results of support reaction,joint displacement,plate internal force,beam internal force,and proposes the optimal construction(sequence)scheme.The analysis results can guide the design and construction of relevant prestressed concrete structures.
