新型管幕预筑一体化结构施工安全控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市开发进程不断推进,不可避免会出现既有铁路线路阻隔城市交通,进而影响城市发展的情况。同时,由于地理位置及用地空间限制,造成下穿通道缺少足够竖向空间且竖向变形控制要求较高。新型管幕预筑一体化结构,创新性地采用大直径群管顶进→切割、焊接→浇筑混凝土后形成大刚度管幕预筑一体化结构,较好地克服了地下空间的限制、满足了地表沉降量控制要求。本文依托太原市迎泽大街下穿火车站隧道建设工程,研究新型管幕预筑一体化结构施工关键技术及安全控制措施,相关研究成果对类似工程具有指导意义。 With the continuous progress of urban development, it is inevitable that the existing railway lines have blocked the urban transportation, thereby affecting the urban development. At the same time, due to geographical location and the limitation of land use space, the underpass channel lacks sufficient vertical space and the vertical deformation control requirements are high. The new type of pipe curtain pre-construction integrated structure innovatively adopts the large stiffness pipe curtain pre-construction integrated structure formed by large diameter group pipe jacking → cutting, welding → pouring concrete, which better overcomes the limitation of underground space and meets the requirements of surface settlement control. Based on the construction project of Yingze Street underpassing the railway station in Taiyuan City, the key construction technology and safety control measures of the new pipe curtain pre-construction integrated structure are studied. The relevant research achievements have important guiding significance for similar projects.
