鹅星状病毒病原学研究进展

Research Progress in the Etiology of Goose Astrovirus

雏鹅痛风是由鹅星状病毒(Gooseastrovirus,Go Ast V)感染引起的一种以内脏和关节尿酸盐沉积为主要特征的传染病。近几年,鹅星状病毒病在我国多省份养鹅地区暴发,感染该病的鹅群发病率高达80%,死亡率可高达50%,未死亡雏鹅生长受到抑制,体重减轻,易感染其他病原。目前针对该病缺乏有效的防控措施,给我国鹅养殖业造成巨大经济损失。本文通过对鹅星状病毒的病原、致病机理等进行综述,以期为鹅星状病毒病的相关研究及有效防控等提供参考。

Gout of gosling is an infectious disease caused by goose astrovirus infection with the main feature of urate deposition in the viscera and joints. In recent years, the infection of goose astrovirus virus is widely prevalent in the major goose breeding areas in China. The incidence and mortality of infected geese were 80% and 50%, respectively. The survival goslings show growth check, weight loss and susceptibility to other pathogens. At present, it has not been effectively controlled, bringing huge economic losses to the goose industry. In this paper, the etiology and pathogenesis of goose astrovirus were reviewed in order to provide reference for effective prevention and control of this virus and related research in the future.
