摘要
介绍了一种基于小波理论的实时视频编解码器 ADV6 11的内部结构和主要性能 ,并提出了用 ADV6 11实现的由计算机控制、存储、监控的多路数字视频监控系统设计方案 。
Both internal architecture and main function of ADV6 11,a real- time video encode/ decode chip based wavelet theory,were introduced in this paper. The design schemes of multi- channels digital video surveillance and control system were presented. These schemes make computer control,storage and supervise video signal in this system as possible. The design of hardware for the whole system was also given in the end.
