单纯动脉离断在胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术中的应用价值

The Application Value of Arterial-severed-alone in Thoracoscopic Anatomical Segmentectomy

目的探讨单纯动脉离断在胸腔镜解剖性肺段切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年12月—2022年05月胸外科43例应用荧光腔镜行解剖性肺段切除手术的患者资料,根据手术方式的不同,将患者分为单动脉离断组及完全动脉离断组。收集并比较两组的临床数据。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,两组在手术时间上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),单动脉离断组手术耗时更短;在其他基本资料以及围手术期数据方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单纯动脉离断在解剖性肺段切除术中可行,能达到切除病灶并保证手术切缘的目的,且能节约手术时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the application value of arterial-severed-alone in thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy.Methods The clinical data of 43 patients who underwent uniportal fluorescence VATS lung segmentectomy from December 2020 to May 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were analysed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups:the arterial-severed-alone group and the completely severed group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared and analysed statistically.Results All patients successfully completed the operation,and there was a significant difference in the operative duration between the two groups(P<0.05).The operative duration of the arterial-severed-alone group was shorter.There was no significant difference in other basic data and perioperative data(P>0.05).Conclusion Arterial-severedalone is feasible in lung segmentectomy,which can achieve the purpose of removing the tumor and ensuring the surgical margin,and can save the operative duration.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
