小浆果多酚生物活性功效研究进展

Research Progress on Bioactivity of Polyphenols of Small Berries

小浆果中的多酚种类多且含量丰富,多羟基的结构特点使其具有强大的抗氧化能力以及其它重要生物活性功效,是小浆果的营养、色泽、风味的重要贡献成分。本文综述了几种代表性小浆果的多酚类型、结构及其在生物体内活性功效的研究进展,并对后续研究进行了展望,旨在为小浆果质量控制、综合利用和产业开发提供参考。

Polyphenols of small berries are diverse and rich in content. The structural characteristics of polyhydroxy in polyphenols are important for the reason that polyphenols of small berries have strong antioxidant capacity and other biological activities. In this paper, the types, structures and research progress of bioactive effects in vivo of several representative polyphenols in small berries were reviewed, and the future research was prospected. This review aimed to provide reference for the quality control, comprehensive utilization and industrial development of small berries.
