摘要
为发展工业废水染料处理技术,氧化镁成为研究的热点,文章以尿素为改性剂,采用水热反应制备纳米晶片覆盖的棒状氧化镁,用N2吸附脱附、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱和CO_(2)程序升温脱附对其进行表征。刚果红吸附实验表明:改性氧化镁(MgCO3:尿素=5:6)具有最高的吸附性能4486 mg/g,这与吸附剂较大孔容和较高的中强碱活性位密切相关。
To develop techniques for efficient dye removal from wastewater,nanostructured magnesium oxide has attracted much attention.The rod-like MgO products covered with nanosheets were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using urea as modifying agent.The as-prepared samples were characterized by N2adsorption-desorption(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and CO_(2)temperature programmed desorption(CO_(2)-TPD).Congo red adsorption experiments indicate that MgO exhibited the maximum adsorption capacities up to 4486 mg/g,when the mass ratio of MgCO3and urea is 5:6.It was related with the large pore volume and high density of middle-base.
