摘要
对复合材料层合板进行吸湿扩散机理研究是分析其湿热老化性能变化的前提。本文阐述了国内外复合材料吸湿扩散研究现状。以碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料(简称CF/PEEK)层合板作为研究对象,构建其吸湿扩散模型。制备碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料层合板并进行吸湿试验,通过实际吸湿率对模型公式进行拟合,得到25℃下吸湿速率常数k为0.01503,扩散系数D为0.000414cm^(2)/day;75℃下吸湿速率常数k为0.05567,扩散系数D为0.003757cm^(2)/day。发现温度越高扩散系数D越大,即水分子扩散越快,与此同时其平衡吸湿率也越高。其机理可用阿伦尼乌斯公式定量解释。
The determination of composites’ diffusion mechanism is the prerequisite of their performance changing by hydrothermal aging.In this paper, we summary the current research status of composites’ diffusion mechanism.Then take the carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite(CF/PEEK for short) laminate as the object, we model it’s diffusion mechanism.We prepare carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone composite laminates and conduct the moisture absorption test.By fitting the model with the actual hygroscopicity, the hygroscopicity constant k and the moisture diffusion coefficient D are 0.01503 and 0.000414cm^(2)/day at 25℃;the hygroscopicity constant k and the moisture diffusion coefficient D are 0.05567 and 0.003757cm^(2)/day at 75℃.It shows that the moisture diffusion coefficient D increases with the temperature for the faster diffusion of water molecules while it’s balanced hygroscopicity is higher.This mechanism can be explained quantitatively by the Arrhenius formula.
