摘要
复合材料弯管具有强度高、比重小、耐腐蚀性强等特点,被广泛应用于石油、化工、供水和污水处理等领域。随着我国科学技术的不断发展,利用电脑编程控制技术缠绕复合材料管件正在逐步替代传统的手糊工艺。但是,由于弯管的非轴对称结构,给电脑编程带来了不小的挑战。本文以平面缠绕在球形缠绕中的应用为例,尝试将平面缠绕应用于弯管缠绕中,通过与弯管环向缠绕和螺旋缠绕的对比,得出结论,平面缠绕可将弯管缠绕的三维运动简化为二维运动,控制参数的减少,大大降低了电脑编制程序的工作量,简化了控制程序。
The composite elbow tube has the characteristics of high strength, low specific gravity and strong corrosion resistance, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water supply, sewage treatment and other fields. With the continuous development of science and technology in China, using computer programming control technology to wind composite tube fitting is gradually replacing the traditional hand lay up process. However, due to the non-axisymmetric structure of the elbow, computer programming has brought considerable challenges. Taking the application of plane winding in spherical winding as an example, the paper attempts to apply plane winding to elbow tube manufacturing. Through comparison with circular winding and spiral winding of elbow tube, it is concluded that plane winding can simplify the three-dimensional motion of bend winding into two-dimensional motion. The reduction of control parameters greatly reduces the workload of computer programming and simplifies the control program.
