城市群增长极的就业时空格局演化及影响因素——以郑州大都市区为例

Temporal and Spatial Pattern Evolution and Influencing Factors of Employment in the Growth Pole of Urban Agglomeration——A Case Study of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area

摘要 基于2010年至2019年郑州大都市区县级数据,运用克里金插值法和地理探测器,以郑州大都市区为例研究城市群增长极就业格局演化及其影响因素。发现:(1)作为中原城市群增长极的郑州大都市区的就业时空格局由“单中心”向“多中心”转变;(2)第二产业、第三产业就业人口集聚明显,与整体就业格局演化相一致;(3)经济因素是增长极就业格局演化的主要影响因素,社会因素的影响相对较弱。为此提出如下建议:优化城市群增长极的就业空间结构,强化“多中心”性;通过产业结构升级、区域经济发展促进就业空间格局的演化;加快综合服务设施建设,提升社会因素对城市群增长极就业格局的影响力。 Based on the county-level data of Zhengzhou metropolitan area from 2010 to 2019,using Kriging interpolation method and geographic detector,this paper takes Zhengzhou metropolitan area as an example to study the evolution of growth pole employment pattern of urban agglomeration and its influencing factors.It is found that:(1)the temporal and spatial pattern of employment in Zhengzhou metropolitan area,as the growth pole of Central Plains urban agglomeration,has changed from"single center"to"multi center";(2)The employment population in the secondary and tertiary industries is obviously concentrated,which is consistent with the evolution of the overall employment pattern;(3)Economic factors are the main factors affecting the evolution of employment pattern in the growth pole,while social factors are relatively weak.Finally,some suggestions are put forward:optimize the employment spatial structure of the growth pole of urban agglomeration and strengthen the"multi center"nature;Promote the evolution of employment spatial pattern through industrial structure upgrading and regional economic development;Accelerate the construction of comprehensive service facilities and enhance the influence of social factors on the employment pattern of the growth pole of urban agglomeration.
