珍稀食药用菌灰树花的研究进展

Research progress of rare edible and medicinal mushroom Grifola frondosa

灰树花是一种珍贵的药食同源大型真菌,其野生菌株的驯化与研究最早起源于日本。相关研究表明,灰树花具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血压、免疫调节等药用功效,已逐渐成为研究热点。介绍灰树花的生物学特性及国内种质创新情况,综述近年来其在栽培技术、活性成分、药用价值及产品开发等方面的研究进展。指出未来可在已有研究的基础上更多地探索灰树花其他活性成分如黄酮、生物碱、甾体等的特性,并建议根据其抗肿瘤、消炎、抗衰老等药用价值开展医学领域的研究。

Grifola frondosa is a precious medicine and food homologous macrofungi.The research of G.frondosa originated in Japan.Relevant studies have shown that G.frondosa has antioxidant,anti-tumor,blood pressure lowering,immunomodulatory and other medicinal effects,and has gradually become a research hotspot.This paper introduces the biological characteristics of G.frondosa and the innovation of germplasm in China,and reviews the research progress in cultivation technology,active ingredients,medicinal value and product development in recent years.It pointed out that in the future,the characteristics of other active ingredients such as flavonoids,alkaloids,steroids,etc.of G.frondosa can be explored on the basis of existing research,and it is suggested that research in the field of medicine should be carried out according to its anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging and other medicinal values.
