去细胞神经移植物重建面神经缺损的研究进展

Research advances in reconstruction of facial nerve defects using decellularized nerve graft

面神经损伤是较常见的周围神经损伤类型之一,面神经缺损的重建是亟待解决的重要问题。作为近年新兴的神经修复材料,去细胞神经移植物已应用于面神经修复的研究中,并取得了一系列进展。去细胞神经保留的基膜结构和细胞外基质除支撑作用外,还可以招募细胞或诱导细胞分化。去细胞技术的改进可以使神经移植物具有更好的生物活性和组织相容性。本文对去细胞技术和去细胞神经在面神经修复中的研究进展进行综述,以期为今后该领域的研究提供基础。

Facial nerve injury is a common peripheral nerve injury,and the reconstruction of facial nerve defect is an outstanding issue.As an emerging nerve repair material,decellularized nerve grafts have been applied in the study of facial nerve repair and made a series of progress.The basal membrane and extracellular matrix retained by decellularized nerve can not only provide support,but also recruit cells and induce cell differentiation.The improvement of decellularization techniques allow nerve grafts to have better bioactivity and histocompatibility.In this review,we provide an overview of decellularization techniques and the utilization of decellularized nerve in facial nerve repair,in order to provide reference for future research.
