传承红色金融文化推动绿色金融高质量发展——基于“以红促绿”视角的研究

红色金融是中国共产党在革命年代创建和领导的,旨在夺取政权、建立新中国的所有金融相关活动。我国红色金融文化的精神实质在于坚持党对金融事业的领导、以人民利益为金融工作的出发点、坚持一切从实际出发的马克思主义思想路线、大力弘扬艰苦奋斗的工作作风等方面。新时代,我国已进入经济结构转型升级的关键期,“绿色金融”成为金融业重点发展方向。在此种情况下,研究金融业如何赓续红色精神、在创新发展中彰显红色基因,如何从红色金融文化中汲取历史智慧,进而实现“以红促绿”,对于做好新形势下绿色金融改革发展稳定工作具有重大理论和现实意义。金融业应把伟大的红色金融精神深刻地融入行业职责中,充分发挥红色金融的精神鼓舞作用,坚持党对绿色金融事业的领导、维护人民绿色可持续发展的长远利益、坚持一切从实际出发的马克思主义思想路线、大力弘扬艰苦奋斗的工作作风推动绿色金融工作高质量发展。

Red finance was established and led by the CPC in the revolutionary era,aiming at seizing power and establishing a new China.The spiritual essence of China’s red financial culture lies in adhering to the Party’s leadership over the financial cause,taking the interests of the people as the starting point of financial work,adhering to the Marxist ideological line of all practical considerations,and vigorously promoting the work style of hard work.In the new era,China has entered a critical period of economic restructuring and upgrading,and“green finance”has become the key development direction of the financial industry.Under such circumstances,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how the financial industry can continue the red spirit,highlight the red gene in the innovation and development,and how to draw historical wisdom from the red financial culture to achieve“promoting green with red”for the reform,development and stability of green finance under the new situation.The financial industry should deeply integrate the great spirit of red finance into the industry’s responsibilities,give full play to the spiritual inspiration of red finance,adhere to the Party’s leadership of green finance,safeguard the long term interests of the people’s green sustainable development,adhere to all practical Marxist ideological lines,and vigorously promote the work style of hard work to promote the high quality development of green finance.
