摘要
生鲜电商企业的物流配送中心作为连接供需两端市场的重要节点之一,其布局的合理性对工作效率有着重要的影响,进而影响着顾客的满意度。通过对某生鲜物流配送中心的布局进行分析,发现其存在的问题并进行初步优化,接着基于SLP对初次优化的布局进行再优化,最后通过Flexsim对原始布局和最新布局进行仿真,综合分析对比仿真结果,验证了新布局的可行性与实用性。
Through the analysis of the layout of a fresh logistics distribution center, we found the existing problems, and proposed the preliminary optimization solution. Then, based on the SLP, we worked upon the solution. Finally, we simulated the original layout and the optimized layout respectively with Flexsim, and comprehensively analyzed and compared the simulation results to verify the feasibility and practicability of the optimized layout.
