摘要
为进一步提升铁路车站专用线、岔线等非集中区调车作业技术水平,实现调车作业安全防护、辅助控制自动化,针对因天气条件恶劣、照明条件差和曲线过大等不利因素带来的安全隐患,在分析定位精度、架构设计、安全防护和网络通信技术的基础上,通过优化组合定位算法和设计完善信息融合架构,引入数字轨道地图技术,构建基于数字轨道地图辅助的BDS RTK差分定位、惯性导航组合定位算法和雷达测距相融合的双反馈回路,嵌入速度控制模块,设计研发推送调车作业辅助控制系统,实现调车作业过程中移动因素的实时交互、控制,并将系统中的动态信息进行综合显示,从而实现推送调车作业的精准实时控制。
The research was conducted to improve the technological level of shunting operation in noncentralized areas such as private lines and sidings of railway stations and realize the safety protection and auxiliary control automation of shunting operation. Considering the safety risks caused by adverse factors such as bad weather conditions, poor light, and excessive curves, this paper analyzed positioning accuracy, architecture design, security protection, and network communication technology. On this basis,it optimized the combined positioning algorithm, designed and improved information fusion architecture,and introduced digital track map technology. In this way, it constructed the dual feedback loop fusing BDS RTK differential positioning, combined positioning algorithm of inertial navigation, and radar ranging, in which a speed control module was embedded. In addition, this paper designed an auxiliary control system for push-pull shunting operation to realize real-time interaction and control of mobile factors in shunting operation and comprehensively displayed dynamic information in the system. As a result, accurate and real-time control of push-pull shunting operation is achieved.
