摘要 为提升大枣切片生产的自动化程度,促进大枣切片机的快速发展,设计一种基于PLC控制的大枣切片机,介绍切片机的整体结构,利用PLC控制大枣上料、精准定位和切刀精准切片等,实现切片机整体自动化运转;利用数学分析法对切片刀进行简化及运动分析,利用SolidWorks Motion软件对切片刀简化模型进行仿真分析。结果表明仿真分析结果与数学解析分析结果完全吻合,验证数学解析分析的正确性,进一步得到影响切刀运动的相关参数。通过样机试验分析,大枣切片机切片平均合格率为97.18%,破坏率0.62%,生产效率为0.07 s/粒,同时验证该设备设计的合理性、可行性和稳定性等。研究为大枣切片进一步实现工业自动化提供参考依据。 In order to improve the automation of jujube slicing production,promote the rapid development of jujube slicer,a jujube slicer based on PLC control was designed.The overall structure of the slicer was introduced.It uses PLC to control jujube feeding,accurate positioning and accurate slicing to realize the whole automatic operation of the slicer;The slicing cutter was simplified and analyzed by mathematical analysis method,and SolidWorks Motion software was used to simulate and analyze the simplified model of slicing cutter.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the mathematical analysis results,which verifies the correctness of mathematical analysis,and the parameters affecting the cutter motion were obtained.Through the analysis of prototype test,the average qualified rate of jujube slicing machine is 97.18%,the destruction rate is 0.62%,and the production efficiency is 0.07s/grain,at the same time.,the rationality,feasibility and stability of the equipment design were verified.The study provides a reference for further realizing industrial automation of jujube slicing.
