产教融合背景下的工程伦理教育初探

摘要 为夯实社会主义现代化强国建设的人才之基,发挥新时代职业教育重要作用,文章从工程伦理教育核心概念理解入手,从职业教育的现实问题、理论研究基础和实践操作三个方面分析了职业院校实施工程伦理教育的现实阻力;从开展工程伦理教育的必要性、“产教融合”+“工程伦理”组合实施的必要性,论证职业教育开展工程伦理教育的必要性;探索“制度—课程—情境—项目”的工程伦理教育模式,为培养兼具专业知识和职业道德的高素质技能人才进行积极有益探索。 In order to consolidate the talent base for building a great modern socialist country and give full play to the important role of vocational education in the new era,the paper starts with the understanding of the core concept of engineering ethics education,and analyzes the practical resistance to the implementation of engineering ethics education in vocational colleges from three aspects:practical problems,theoretical research basis and practical operation of vocational education.The necessity of carrying out engineering ethics education in vocational education is demonstrated from the necessity of carrying out engineering ethics education and the necessity of combining“integration between industry and education”and“engineering ethics”.Research on the engineering ethics education mode of“system–curriculum-situation–project”makes positive and beneficial exploration for cultivating high-quality skilled talents with professional knowledge and professional ethics.
