摘要
教师队伍建设在思政课建设中处于关键性地位。对照“六个要”思政课教师队伍素质的要求,当前高职院校思政课教师队伍在政治素质、理论功底、技术素养、实践阅历、专业结构、保障机制等方面还存在着诸多不足。打造“六个要”思政课教师队伍要着力从开展系统化的理论学习、协同化的素质培训、体系化的集体备课、支撑化的理论研究、实效化的实践研修、导师制的密切合作、全方位的保障机制等方面立体化地推进。
The construction of teaching staff plays a key role in the construction of ideological and political courses.According to the requirements for the quality of teaching staff in ideological and political courses in the “six demands”,the current ideological and political teaching staff in higher vocational colleges still faces many deficiencies in political quality, theoretical foundation, technical quality, practical experience, professional structure, and security mechanism, etc.To promote the three-dimensional advancement of constructing teaching staff in ideological and political courses with “six demands”,efforts should be made to carry out systematic theoretical study, coordinated quality training, systematic lesson preparation within a group, supported theoretical research, effective practical training, close cooperation of tutorial system and all-round security mechanism.
