“U-G-K”协同机制下的幼儿教师一体化培养路径探究

摘要 幼儿教育是人生发展的奠基阶段,幼儿教师作为实施幼儿教育的专业人员是幼儿教育事业发展的先决条件。幼儿教师的培养起源于高校的学前教育专业的人才培养,后经历在职发展、职后培养的主要阶段,完成教师的专业发展。在其发展阶段中主要涉及高校、幼儿园和当地教育行政部门三个主要参与主体。以终为始,一体化的幼儿教师培养要联合高校、幼儿园和当代教育行政部门,创设立体全面的人才培养系统,构建和谐的有利于幼师职业发展的平台,文章探究“U-G-K”协同一体化培养幼儿教师,促进幼儿教师可持续的专业发展。 Early childhood education is the foundation stage of life development, and pre-school teachers, as professionals to implement early childhood education, are the prerequisite for the development of early childhood education.The training of preschool teachers originated from the talent training of Pre-school Education in colleges and universities, and then went through the main stages of in-service development and post-employment training to complete the professional development of teachers.In its development stage, it mainly involves three major participants: universities, kindergartens and local administrative department of education.Starting from the end, the integrated training of preschool teachers should combine colleges and universities, kindergartens and local administrative department of education to create a three-dimensional and comprehensive talent training system, and build a harmonious platform conducive to the professional development of preschool teachers.The paper explores the collaborative training of preschool teachers with the integration of “U-G-K” to promote the sustainable professional development of preschool teachers.
