促进新时代高校宣传思想工作效能提升是巩固高校意识形态工作前沿阵地的内在要求。党的十八大以来,高校宣传思想工作取得了积极成效,但也存在一些问题,应坚持党的领导和协同联动相结合、一元主导和多元共生相结合、刚性约束和柔性引领相结合的原则,从守正创新、权威巩固、制度保障和队伍建设等方面发力,促进新时代高校宣传思想工作效能提升。

Promoting the effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era is an inherent requirement to consolidate the front position of ideological work in colleges and universities.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities has achieved positive results,but there are also some problems.We should adhere to the principles of combining party leadership and coordinated linkage,combining mono-domination and multi-symbiosis,combining rigid restraint and flexible leading,and make efforts in the aspects of keeping the righteousness and innovation,consolidation of authority,system guarantee and team construction to promote the effectiveness of propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era.
