Analysis of Reform Path of Vocational Education——Take Fuzhou City for Example

以福州市为例,探索以“3+4”中本贯通人才培养为突破点和着力点,优化产业发展所需人才结构,构建高质量现代职业教育体系,实现教育功能与民生需求融合统一。在实施路径上,要规避政策环境、实践诉求、协调机理等方面面临的障碍,充分借鉴其他地区已有的实践经验,从顶层赋能改革、建立协同机制、提高质量保障等方面多维发力、系统推进。

Fuzhou proposes to further implement the strategy of strengthening the capital of Fujian Province and accelerate the construction of Fuzhou metropolitan area.In this context,Fuzhou should deepen the reform of vocational education,explore the“3+4”talent cultivating mode of connecting secondary and higher vocational education as a breakthrough point and acting point,optimize the talent structure required for industrial development,build a high-quality modern vocational education system and achieve the integration of functions of education and needs of people’s livelihood.In terms of the path of implementation,it is necessary to avoid obstacles in the aspects of policy environment,practical demands and coordinating mechanism,fully learn from existing practical experience of other regions,and make multi-dimensional efforts and systematic progress from the aspects of top-level reform,coordinating mechanism establishment and quality assurance improvement.
