摘要
基于压力交易理论,探究了敌意归因和道德认同在同伴揭发与旁观者职场不文明行为之间的中介作用以及应得性判断在此过程中的调节作用。结果表明:(1)同伴揭发通过敌意归因而正向作用于职场不文明行为;(2)同伴揭发通过道德认同而负向作用于职场不文明行为;(3)敌意归因/道德认同在同伴揭发与职场不文明行为关系间的中介作用,均受到应得性判断的调节。
Based on the Transaction Theory of Stress,this paper analyzes the mediating role of hostile attribution and moral identity between peer reporting and bystander workplace incivility behavior,and the moderating role of deservingness judgment in this process.Results show that peer reporting has a positive effect on workplace incivility via hostile attribution,and has a negative effect on workplace uncivilized behavior via moral identity.Moreover,mediating effects of hostile attribution/moral identity in this relationship were moderated by deservingness judgement.
