摘要
基于社会认知理论,探讨了个体谦卑美德影响地位的心理过程,并分析了能力和调节焦点的调节作用。基于368人的情景操纵实验和层级回归方法,研究发现:谦卑美德对团队成员地位的影响显著;自我效能是谦卑美德和地位关系的中介变量;能力显著调节谦卑美德与自我效能的关系,当团队成员被认知为高能力时,谦卑美德与团队成员自我效能的相关性提升;促进型调节焦点增强了能力在谦卑美德对自我效能的积极效应,防御型调节焦点则弱化了能力在谦卑美德与自我效能关系中的调节作用。
Based on social cognitive theory, this paper explores the psychological process of individual humility virtue affecting status, and analyzes the moderating effects of competence and regulatory focus.Based on hierarchical regression method and the situational manipulation experiment of 386 participants, results show that, humility has a significant effect on team member status and self-efficacy is the mediating variable of the relationship between humility and status.competence significantly moderates the relationship between humility and self-efficacy.When team members were perceived as highly competent, the correlation between humility and self-efficacy increased.Furthermore, promotion focus enhances the positive effect of competence on humility and self-efficacy, while prevention focus weakens the moderating effect of competence on the relationship.
