在地铁隧道施工中,需要用到门式起重机。从门架、性能机构、电气控制系统三方面介绍了地铁门式起重机的机构特点,其中,性能机构包括主起升机构、渣斗自翻身机构、副起升机构、小车运行机构、大车运行机构,电气控制系统包括控制系统、变频系统、保护装置。
In the construction of metro tunnel,gantry crane is required.The mechanism characteristics of metro gantry crane were introduced from three aspects such as gantry,performance mechanism and electrical control system.Among them,the performance mechanism includes the main lifting mechanism,the slag hopper self-turning mechanism,the sub-lfting mechanism,the trolley running mechanism,the large car running mechanism,and the electrical control system includes the control system,frequency conversion system,and protection device.
