摘要
目前,对高熔点陶瓷材料进行激光选区烧结,需要对成型件在烧结炉中进行后处理,以提高强度。对陶瓷复合粉末激光选区烧结后处理进行研究,获得粘结剂挥发的关键温度阈值和升温速率,得到成型件预烧结和最终烧结的后处理工艺。同时通过扫描电镜观察成型件的微观断口形貌,得到成型件的烧结变化规律。
At present,selective laser sintering of high melting point ceramic material requires post-processing of molded part in a sintering furnace to improve strength.The post treatment of ceramic composite powder selective laser sintering was studied,and the key temperature threshold and heating rate of binder volatilization were obtained,and the post treatment processes of pre-sintering and final sintering of molded part were obtained.At the same time,the microscopic fracture morphology of the molded part was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the sintering change law of the molded part was obtained.
