摘要
汽车鹅颈纵梁整体呈Z字形,截面呈工字形,车架为阶梯型,具有较高的刚性和强度。在分析汽车鹅颈纵梁的基础上,提出弯曲成形工艺,并设计了翼板弯曲成形装置和工字形纵梁弯曲成形装置。对这两种弯曲成形装置的结构和工作原理进行了介绍。
The overall gooseneck longitudinal beam of the automobile is Z-shaped,the section is I-shaped,and the chassis is notchcuttype,which has high rigidity and strength.On the basis of analyzing the gooseneck longitudinal beam of automobile,the bending forming process was proposed,and the wing plate bending forming device and the I-shaped longitudinal beam bending forming device were designed.The structure and working principle of these two bending forming devices were introduced.
