摘要 某型号车辆在市场上多次出现故障指示灯亮,个别车辆伴随油耗增大、加速无力现象。通过检测分析发现,空气流量计内部被泥沙、水等异物污染,导致功能失效。对车辆空气流量计进异物故障进行分析,最终确定故障由维修保养不规范造成,进而提出空气流量计设计应用和装配维修指导。 A certain model of vehicle has repeatedly failed in the market,and the indicator light is lit for many times,and some vehicles are accompanied by increased fuel consumption and weak acceleration.Through detection and analysis,it was found that the inside of the air flow meter was contaminated by foreign substances such as sediment and water,resulting in functional failure.The fault of foreign matter entering the vehicle air flow meter was analyzed,and finally it was determined that the fault was caused by irregular maintenance,and then the guidance of design,application,assembly and maintenance of the air flow meter was proposed.
