摘要
在全面小康社会建设决胜阶段,少数民族地区终身教育愈来愈凸显出其重要性。在对少数民族地区终身教育质量保障的实施主体、目标、过程及评价标准进行分析的基础上,探讨少数民族地区终身教育质量保障的现状与问题,提出少数民族地区终身教育质量保障可从以下三个方面找寻对策:一是各界的认识要从关注部分走向关注整体;二是终身教育体系要从分散走向整合;三是教育管理应从干预控制走向引导促进。
In the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, life-long education in minority areas is becoming more and more important. On the basis of the analysis of implementation subject, target, process and evaluation standard of the quality assurance of lifelong education in minority areas, this paper discusses the present situation and problems of the quality assurance of lifelong education in minority areas, then puts forward three suggestions: first, the understanding of all walks of life should move from paying attention to the part to paying attention to the whole;second, the lifelong education system should be from decentralization to integration;third, the education management should be from intervention control to guidance and promotion.
