摘要
批判教育老年学以解放和赋权为先导,重视老年学员的异质性特征,保障其平等的受教育权利。老年大学以保持健康、促进参与、赋权增能和提高生活质量为目标,以需求和问题为基础,由老年学员自主决定学习计划,以自主、协商、共享的方式形成学习共同体开展学习,老年大学是一个以老年学员为核心的开放、平等、自主、互助的学习平台。批判教育老年学为老年大学的创新与改革提供了方向。
Critical educational gerontology takes liberation and empowerment as the guide, attaches importance to the heterogeneous characteristics of elderly students, and guarantees their equal right to education. The university for the elderly aims at maintaining health, promoting participation, empowering and improving the quality of life. Based on the needs and problems, the elderly students independently determine the learning plan, and form a learning community to carry out learning in an independent, negotiated and shared way. The university for the elderly is an open, equal, independent and mutual learning platform with the elderly students as the core. Critical educational gerontology provides direction for the innovation and reform of universities for the elderly.
